- 1 box of chocolates (we used Lindt Prestige Selection)
Serves: 10
Preparation Time: 5 hours
Difficulty: A little effort required

Method:
- Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Place the Oreos, melted butter and chocolate in a food processor and pulse until a moist crumb. Place the mixture in a 34.5cm rectangular tart tray, pressing the mixture firmly against the bottom and sides. Place the tray in the oven and bake for 5 mins, allow to cool, then place in refrigerator for 30 mins to firm up.
- For the filling, place the chocolate and vanilla in a heatproof bowl and set aside. Heat cream and butter in a saucepan over medium heat until just starting to boil. Remove from heat and pour over chocolate mixture. Stir until combined, then pour onto the Oreo base. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Dust tart with cocoa powder and top with chocolates of your choice.
