This promotion is open to all people who meet the entry criteria published in these terms and conditions.
Entries will only be deemed eligible if they meet the requirements listed in these terms and conditions.
This promotion runs from the first day until the last day of each month.
Prize includes a dog treats and dog related items to the value of $50.
Only the winner/s can receive the prize.
Prize cannot be substituted for other items.
The promoters accept no responsibility for the winner/s not being able to claim the prize.
All entrants must be over 18 years of age; however, prize recipients (including families) can be of any age.
An eligible entry includes the following steps:
Tag @hawthornegarage in a picture of your dog at Hawthorne Garage on Facebook or Instagram. Ensure your privacy settings are set to public.
OR send a photo of your dog at Hawthorne Garage to @hawthornegarage on Facebook or Instagram
Adhere to the terms set out here in these Terms and Conditions.
The winner/s will be selected by a random draw during the first week of each month.
Prize will be available for pick up at Hawthorne Garage.
The draw result is final, and no discussion will be entered into.
If the winner/s has not claimed the prize within 3 days of the draw, a re-draw will take place and the prize will be forfeited.
The prize cannot be exchanged for any reason and is not redeemable for any product.
The promoters reserve the right to change details of the prize at any time. Any change in the value of the prize during the entry period and the date the prize is received is not the responsibility of the Promoter.
The promoters may substitute another prize to the same estimated value at any time prior to the prize draw at its absolute discretion.
The promoters shall not be liable for any cost, loss or expense arising out of the acceptance of the prize or participation in the prize draw including any damage or injury suffered or sustained including personal injury, loss of opportunity or profit or damage to property whether direct or indirect or consequential or due to the deliberate or negligent acts or omissions of the Promoter or otherwise. The Promoter does not warrant or represent the quality, suitability or merchantability of the goods offered as prizes.
Employees and the immediate family of employees of Hawthorne Garage & Social Tap Pty Ltd are not eligible to enter.
Facebook and Instagram are in no way affiliated with the competition or the promotion of this competition. The Instagram platform is merely used as a communication tool for the promoters to provide this competition.
