Bring the family together with this adorable and fun holiday recipe. They are sweet with a slight salty flavour that pops in mouth! Messy but so much fun! Why not use the excess melted choc for dipping fresh berries in for more fun and yum?
Serves 6
Ingredients:
- 100g white chocolate
- 120g Candy chocolate eggs
- 50g salted pretzels
- 50g salted pretzels
- Fresh berries for dipping
Method
- Pierce a small cross in the middle of marshmallows.
- Crush pretzels into ground crumbs in a processor or with a rolling pin.
- Melt chocolate over low heat in small metal mixing bowl on top of a small pot of water. Stir till melted.
- Roll each marshmallow in the melted chocolate. Place marshmallows on a serving plate.
- Sieve pretzel crumbs over marshmallows then press a choc egg into the middle.
Served chilled with fresh berries dipped in melted chocolate.
