Ingredients
- 250g Fresco Mascarpone
- 2 tsp horseradish cream
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 tbsp dill, finely chopped, plus extra to garnish
- 12 Golden Bakery Pikelets

Method:
- Combine the mascarpone, horseradish, lemon juice and dill in a bowl. Season to taste.
- Toast pikelets. Spoon a dollop of mascarpone mixture onto each pikelet. Top with smoked salmon, dill sprigs, and lemon zest. Season and serve.
