Recipe Smoked Salmon Mascarpone Pikelets

Ingredients

  • 250g Fresco Mascarpone
  • 2 tsp horseradish cream
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 tbsp dill, finely chopped, plus extra to garnish
  • 12 Golden Bakery Pikelets

    Serves: 4
    Preparation Time: 15 minutes
    Difficulty: Easy

    Method:

    1. Combine the mascarpone, horseradish, lemon juice and dill in a bowl. Season to taste.
    2. Toast pikelets. Spoon a dollop of mascarpone mixture onto each pikelet. Top with smoked salmon, dill sprigs, and lemon zest. Season and serve.
