Ingredients
Serves 4
- 1/4 wongbok cabbage
- 1 large pink lady apple
- 1/4 red onion
- 150g The Nut Market Goji Berry Trail Mix
Dressing
- 40ml light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp seeded mustard
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp white sugar
Method:
- Chop wongbok, apple, and onion into slim batons. Place in a large bowl. Sprinkle the trail mix over the salad.
- To make the dressing, combine all the ingredients and whisk till well incorporated.
- Pour over salad and toss to coat completely.
To keep the salad for a day or two, keep the dressing separate. Toss and mix when ready to consume.
