Ingredients: <\/span><\/p>\n

  • 3 tsp cumin <\/span><\/li>\n
  • 3 tsp paprika <\/span><\/li>\n
  • 1 tsp ground coriander <\/span><\/li>\n
  • \u00bd tsp cayenne pepper <\/span><\/li>\n
  • 5 crushed garlic cloves <\/span><\/li>\n
  • \u00bc cup olive oil <\/span><\/li>\n
  • \u00bc cup red wine vinegar <\/span><\/li>\n
  • 18 lamb cutlets <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Fresh coriander<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Parsley leaves<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Method<\/h4>\n

      1. In a large bowl combine 3 tsp cumin, 3 tsp paprika, 1 tsp ground coriander and 1\/2 tsp cayenne pepperwith5 crushed garlic cloves, 1\/4 cup olive oil and 1\/4 cup red wine vinegar. <\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Add 18 lamb cutlets, coating them with the marinade, cover and chill for 2 hours. <\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Bring back to room temperature before cooking. Heat barbecue grill on medium and cook lamb for 3-4 minutes on each side. Allow to rest. <\/span><\/li>\n
      4. Season and sprinkle with fresh coriander and parsley leaves.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n
