  • 250g Fresco Mascarpone<\/li>\n
  • 2 tsp horseradish cream<\/li>\n
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested<\/li>\n
  • 1 tbsp dill, finely chopped, plus extra to garnish<\/li>\n
  • 12 Golden Bakery Pikelets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      1. Combine the mascarpone, horseradish, lemon juice and dill in a bowl. Season to taste.<\/li>\n
      2. Toast pikelets. Spoon a dollop of mascarpone mixture onto each pikelet. Top with smoked salmon, dill sprigs, and lemon zest. Season and serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n
