    • 2 mangoes, diced<\/li>\n
    • 1 avocado, diced<\/li>\n
    • 2 Lebanese cucumbers, diced<\/li>\n
    • 24 cooked tiger prawns<\/li>\n
    • 24 baby gem lettuce leaves<\/li>\n
    • Fresh chives, to garnish<\/li>\n
    • Cocktail sauce<\/li>\n
    • 2 tbsp whole egg mayonnaise<\/li>\n
    • 2 tbsp Meander Valley Dairy Cr\u00e8me Fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n
    • 2 tbsp tomato sauce<\/li>\n
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice<\/li>\n
    • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce<\/li>\n
    • \u00bd tsp Tabasco sauce<\/li>\n
    • \u00bc tsp smoked paprika<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        1. For the cocktail sauce, mix together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Chill.<\/li>\n
        2. Place mango, avocado, cucumber and chilli in a medium bowl. Season and stir to combine.<\/li>\n
        3. Arrange lettuce leaves on a platter. Place a prawn on each leaf and top with mango mixture. Drizzle over dressing and garnish with chopped chives.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n
