  • 1 \u00bd cups green cabbage, finely sliced<\/li>\n
  • 1 \u00bd cups red cabbage, finely sliced<\/li>\n
  • 2 carrots, peeled, cut into matchsticks<\/li>\n
  • 2 celery sticks, finely sliced<\/li>\n
  • 2 spring onions, finely sliced<\/li>\n
  • 1 red capsicum, finely sliced<\/li>\n
  • \u00bd cup pepitas<\/li>\n
  • 1 tbsp tamari soy sauce<\/li>\n
  • \u00bd tbsp Alfa One Rice Bran Oil<\/li>\n
  • \u00bd tbsp white wine vinegar<\/li>\n
  • \u00bd tbsp lime juice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n\t

    Method:<\/h4>\n

    1. Place all the veggies in a large bowl, season and toss to combine. Transfer to a serving platter.<\/li>\n
    2. Heat pepitas in a dry frypan over medium heat for 5 mins until they start to pop and brown slightly. Pour in soy stirring with a wooden spoon, remove from heat once it has fully evaporated. Allow to cool<\/li>\n
    3. In a small bowl mix together oil, vinegar and lime juice. Drizzle over the slaw and scatter pepitas. Serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n
