Ingredients<\/h4>\n

  • 1 avocado sliced into 2 halves, seed removed<\/li>\n
  • 4 to 6 slices of sour dough bread<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Salsa mixture:<\/p>\n

    • 1 punnet grape cherry tomato, diced<\/li>\n
    • 1 small jalapeno, finely chopped<\/li>\n
    • 1\/4 red onion, chopped<\/li>\n
    • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped<\/li>\n
    • Coriander to taste, chopped<\/li>\n
    • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n
    • Pinch of ground cumin<\/li>\n
    • Pinch of sea salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n\t

      Method:<\/h4>\n

      1. In a large bowl, gently toss salsa ingredients together.<\/li>\n
      2. Spoon a generous amount of salsa onto avocado halves. Top with a sprinkling of cumin and salt.<\/li>\n
      3. Spoon desired amount onto bread to serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n
