Ingredients<\/h4>\n

  • 1 rasher of crispy prosciutto<\/li>\n
  • 2 rounds of crispy hot salami<\/li>\n
  • 2 stems of coriander, green part only, finely chopped<\/li>\n
  • 1 tablespoon dukkah<\/li>\n
  • a pinch of sea salt<\/li>\n
  • 1 wedge of lime to rim the glass<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • 180ml Bloody Mary Mix, pre-chilled<\/li>\n
    • 50ml hot BBQ sauce<\/li>\n
    • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice<\/li>\n
    • 1 teaspoon Sriracha Hot Sauce<\/li>\n
    • Celery stalks for garnish<\/li>\n
    • Pickles, olives, salami, cherry tomatoes for garnish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n\t

      Method:<\/h4>\n

      1. Place prosciutto and salami slices into a frying pan. Slowly bring up the heat to crisp them up. Once cooled, crush into a rough crumb. Combine crumbs with the chopped coriander stems, dukkah and salt to make a rub. Rim 2 glasses with the lime wedge and the rub.<\/li>\n
      2. In a shaker, pour in the Bloody Mary Mix, BBQ sauce, lime juice and hot sauce. Shake well.<\/li>\n
      3. Pour into rimmed glasses and garnish with celery stalk, extra prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, pickles and olives.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n
