Ingredients

  • 1\/4 wongbok cabbage<\/li>\n
  • 1 large pink lady apple<\/li>\n
  • 1\/4 red onion<\/li>\n
  • 150g The Nut Market Goji Berry Trail Mix<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Dressing<\/p>\n

    • 40ml light soy sauce<\/li>\n
    • 2 tbsp lime juice<\/li>\n
    • 1 tsp seeded mustard<\/li>\n
    • 1 tsp sesame oil<\/li>\n
    • 2 tsp white sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n\t

      \n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n

      Method:<\/h4>\n

      1. Chop wongbok, apple, and onion into slim batons. Place in a large bowl. Sprinkle the trail mix over the salad.<\/li>\n
      2. To make the dressing, combine all the ingredients and whisk till well incorporated.<\/li>\n
      3. Pour over salad and toss to coat completely.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        To keep the salad for a day or two, keep the dressing separate. Toss and mix when ready to consume.<\/p>\n
